The Sheet Metal Section has Laser Profiling up to 25mm in mild and 20mm in stainless steel plus a press brake capacity up to 4 meters.

Recent investments include a Trump Trumatic L 3050 Laser Cutting Machine complete with rotary indexing and automatic sheet loading and a Bystronic Edward Pearson PR 250 ton CNC Press Brake.

The investment has increased our Sheet Metal capacity considerably, enabling the company to offer quick turnarounds at the most competitive prices.

Ashdale Engineering has Welders approved for a wide range of certificated work including pressure vessels in all materials including Aluminium and Stainless Steel.

The machine shop is well equipped for all aspects of Machining both CNC and conventional.

Recent investments include two Hyundai Hiturn CNC Lathes and two Yang Engle 1000 Machining Centres enabling the company to offer short deliveries and very competitive prices.

The grinding shop has a range of equipment suitable for cylindrical, surface and creep feed grinding.
